Stock car racing, racers, teams & race cars. This category is for other forms of stock car racing not covered specifically, as well as a general stock car racing section. This subcategory is intended only for stock car racing. Stock cars are racers built out of readily available passenger cars, and not for prototype car racers/racing such as NASCAR's COT ("Car Of Tommorrow") which is not built on a stock car available at a local auto dealer. Note that the Porsche, Corvette & Viper are sportscars (not passenger cars) and therefore do not qualify as a stock car.
